What is Picture Shows Code of Conduct?
Picture Show aims to provide our guests a distraction free environment. Please be quiet and courteous to others and silence your electronic devices inside the auditorium. Please refrain from operating any electronic device inside the auditorium that produces light or sound, this can be very distracting to other moviegoers. Yelling, discriminatory, and disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Step outside the auditorium if you must answer a text or make a phone call. In support of federal law, camera use is not permitted in our auditoriums. Please alert our theatre staff with any concerns. What should I do if someone has their phone on or is disruptive during the movie?
Picture Show is committed to offering a distraction-free environment for our guests. Yelling, talking, use of electronic devices, and disruptive behavior are not allowed during the movie. If you have any concerns, please notify the theatre staff. Please note that during kid-friendly movies, there may be some kid-friendly disruptions.
What should I do if someone is occupying my reserved seat?
If someone is in your reserved seat, please double-check your ticket for the correct date, time, and seat. If your ticket is accurate, alert our theater staff. We’re happy to assist. For popular or newly released movies, theaters may be busier than usual, so we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.
Is smoking allowed in the theater?
Smoking is not permitted throughout the entirety of the building. This also applies to vapors, e-cigarettes, and any devices that produce smoke or vapor.
Are costumes allowed?
We enjoy seeing our guests dress up for the occasion! However, please note that no weapons, including “prop” weapons, are allowed. Face paint, helmets, masks (except for health and safety masks or religious coverings), or anything that covers the face are not permitted.
