Assistive devices

We offer a limited number of wireless headsets with the options of descriptive audio for our visually impaired patrons and increased volume for our hearing-impaired patrons. We also offer a limited number of devices that display captions of the movie dialogue that attach to the cupholder and can be positioned to the desired height of the user. Please see a staff member at the concession counter about a device.

Can I bring my service animal into the theater?

Picture Show welcomes service animals in our theaters per ADA and state guidelines. Service animals should be housebroken, respectful, and non-disruptive to other guests. According to ADA guidelines, service animals should be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless such controls would interfere with the animal’s tasks. For more information, please visit www.ADA.gov

Cinema Policies

Rating Policy

  • Picture Show Entertainment takes the Motion Picture Association of America’s rating system seriously and strongly encourages parents and guardians to familiarize themselves with this system when selecting their films.
  • Moviegoers must be at least 17 years of age or older to purchase tickets to a Rated R film. Any guest that appears under age will be required to show ID for admittance into the theater.
  • Picture Show requires that a parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older) purchase tickets and accompany any guest under 17 years of age into the auditorium of a Rated R film and must accompany them throughout the movie. Additionally, children under the age of 6 will not be admitted to a Rated-R film after 6:00 PM.

Code of Conduct

Picture Show aims to provide our guests a distraction free environment. Please be quiet and courteous to others and silence your electronic devices inside the auditorium. Please refrain from operating any electronic device inside the auditorium that produce light or sound, this can be very distracting to other movie goers. Yelling, discriminatory, and disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Step outside the auditorium if you must answer a text or take or make a phone call. In support of federal law, camera use is not permitted in our auditoriums.  Please alert our theatre staff with any concerns. Failure to comply with Picture Shows Code of Conduct, may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Bag and Package Policy

  • To promote the safety and security of our customers and employees any bags or packages measuring larger than 12”x12”x6” will not be permitted in the theatre.
  • There is an expectation for medical equipment bags and diaper bags.
  • Picture Show reserves the right to inspect all bags and other personal belongings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What should I do if someone has their phone on or is disruptive during the movie?

Picture Show is committed to offering a distraction-free environment for our guests. Yelling, talking, use of electronic devices, and disruptive behavior are not allowed during the movie. If you have any concerns, please notify the theatre staff. Please note that during kid-friendly movies, there may be some kid-friendly disruptions.

What should I do if someone is occupying my reserved seat?

If someone is in your reserved seat, please double-check your ticket for the correct date, time, and seat. If your ticket is accurate, alert our theater staff. We’re happy to assist. For popular or newly released movies, theaters may be busier than usual, so we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Please note that the Altamonte Springs location does not offer reserved seating.

Is smoking allowed in the theater?

Smoking is not permitted throughout the entirety of the building. This also applies to vapors, e-cigarettes, and any devices that produce smoke or vapor.

Are costumes allowed?

We enjoy seeing our guests dress up for the occasion! However, please note that no weapons, including “prop” weapons, are allowed. Face paint, helmets, masks (except for health and safety masks or religious coverings), or anything that covers the face are not permitted.

Concessions & Food

  • We offer a standard selection of concession foods at all locations, including:
    • Popcorn, Coca-Cola soda products, Hot Dogs, Nachos, and a variety of candies. Availability may vary by location.
  • Coca-Cola Freestyles are available at all locations except Altamonte Springs, and Prescott.
  • Select locations offer an expanded café menu with a variety of food options, excluding Altamonte Springs and Santa Ana.
    • Offerings may include funnel cake fries, personal-sized pizzas, fries, pretzels or pretzel bites (with an optional cheese cup for an additional charge), burgers (add cheese for an additional charge), mini corn dogs, chicken bites, and mozzarella sticks.
    • Additionally, ice cream is available at our Fall River, East Windsor, Berlin, Grand Junction, and Prescott locations.
  • Cocktails are available for purchase at our Berlin, Fall River, and Prescott locations for guests 21 and over with a valid ID. Please note that the sale time frames for cocktails may vary based on state and country regulations.
  • Payment Options: We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Picture Show Gift Cards
    • American Express is accepted only at the following locations: Prescott, Grand Junction, Berlin, East Windsor, and Fall River.
  • Outside food and beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the building.

Seats

Picture Show Premier Recliners are electric-powered and feature footrests and cupholders.

  • Note: The Altamonte Springs location does not offer Premier Recliners.

Ticketing

  • Purchase tickets in advance on the Picture Show website (www.pictureshowent.com) on in-person at the theater.
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you forgot to purchase in advance, you can buy tickets at the concession stand or use one of our self-service kiosks, subject to availability.
  • Tickets purchased on our website can be printed either at the concession stand or a self-service kiosk by entering your booking ID that starts with a “W.”
  • Children under 3 are free when sitting on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. Children aged 3 and over must pay for a ticket.
  • Senior ticket: Guests aged 60 and older are eligible for the Senior ticket type both online at the theater. Availability may vary by location.

Online Ticket Purchase Policy:

  • Service and convenience fees are non-refundable. A small fee is added to each ticket purchased through our website. This fee supports the convenience of buying tickets online, selecting preferred seating where available, and ensuring you can secure your tickets before they sell out.
  • Management may refuse service or assign seating as needed.
  • If seated in a Companion Seat, ADA regulations may require us to offer an alternative or provide a refund if no alternative is available.
  • Refunds or exchanges must be processed at the box office at least one hour before showtime. No refunds or exchanges after this time.
  • Unauthorized devices (e.g., cell phones, tablets, cameras) are prohibited and may result in ejection without a refund.
  • By purchasing, you waive liability against Picture Show Entertainment for any illness or injury.

In-Person Ticket Purchase Policy:

  • Seating: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance.
  • Management may refuse service or assign seating as needed.
  • If seated in a Companion Seat, ADA regulations may require us to offer an alternative or provide a refund if no alternative is available. Unauthorized devices (e.g., cell phones, tablets, cameras) are prohibited and may result in ejection without a refund.
  • By purchasing, you waive liability against Picture Show Entertainment for any illness or injury.
  • Refunds or exchanges must be processed at the box office at least one hour before showtime. No refunds or exchanges after this time.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions: Refunds are available up to 1 hour before the scheduled showtime. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment or gift card used for the purchase, though convenience fees for tickets booked online through Picture Show’s website are non-refundable, and MyShow Rewards points earned from the purchase will be removed from your account. For tickets purchased through third-party agencies such as Fandango, please contact them directly for refund requests. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed after the printed showtime.

Passes

If you have received a pass or voucher, please present it in person to redeem it. Passes are not valid during the first 2 weeks of any movie premiere (subject to change per studio rules) and must include a date and the theater manager’s signature. They are valid only for regular showtimes and for up to 6 months from the date noted on the pass. Please review the details on your pass carefully, as there are different types: Tuesday passes are valid only on Tuesdays before noon passes are valid only before noon, and 3D passes can be used for either 3D or regular showtimes.

Gift Cards

  • We only accept Picture Show gift cards. Gift cards from other theaters cannot be used at our locations.
  • Picture Show gift cards can be purchased in person at the theater or online by clicking this link.
  • Online Orders: If you purchase a gift card online, it will be mailed to the address you provide via USPS. Currently, we do not offer e-gift cards, and gift cards purchased online are not available for pickup at the theater.

My Show Rewards

  • Earning Points:
    • Tickets: Earn 75 points for every ticket purchase made on our website, kiosks, or in person at the theater.
      • Online: Log into your account before checkout to earn points.
      • Kiosks: Enter your phone number before buying tickets.
      • In-person: Provide your phone number or name to the cashier. While our staff will often ask if you’re a MyShow Rewards member, they may be focused on other tasks, so please feel free to mention it if you aren’t asked.
    • Concessions: Earn 25 points for every $1.00 spent. Just provide your phone number or name at checkout.
  • Redeeming points:
    • Points can be redeemed for concessions. After giving your phone number or name at concessions, the cashier can tell you how many points you have. Redeemed points will be deducted from your total.
  • Important notes:
    • Each transaction can only be linked to one loyalty account. Points cannot be transferred or combined across accounts.
    • If you forgot to collect points, you can request them within three days by filling out the contact form on our website.
